Notes

  • For Option 2 Model each February is an exception (22 days on+6 days off); Day off for each single month cannot be more than 14 days;
  • For Option 3 each February is an exception (19 days on+9 days off); Day off for each single month cannot be more than 16 days;
  • For Option 4 each February is an exception (17 days on+11 days off); Day off for each single month cannot be more than 18 days
  • For Option 5 day off shall commence from 16th of the month and last for 30 days;Day off cannot be applied for July and August.
  • For Option 4, 5, 6 simulator training shall be done druing day off.
  • If the Pilot desires to receive funds to several accounts, the additional wire transfer fees shall be paid by the Pilot at the rate of $60 each.
  • $2000/year subsidy for health insurance
  • $8000/year per child school subsidy for schools in mainland China
  • Company performance bonus is paid yearly depending on company operation
  • 5 free and 5 ID75 tickets per year for Xiamen Airlines network for pilot and immediate family members.
